1.Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Alf-Mabrook LLC, a Wyoming limited
liability company doing business as Alf Mabrook (“Alf Mabrook,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of alf-mabrook.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Please read Section 16 carefully. Unless you opt out, it requires most disputes to be resolved by individual binding arbitration and waives your right to a jury trial or to take part in a class action.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses may take longer, and availability is shown at checkout.

3.Your account

You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us right away if you think someone has used your account without permission. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look different depending on your screen. Handcrafted and woven items, such as prayer mats, may vary slightly in size, pattern and finish. These variations are not defects.

Product details such as materials, dimensions and country of origin are based on information from our suppliers and manufacturers. If you find an error, please tell us. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, you may return it under Returns and Refunds Policy.

Many of our products include Qur’anic verses, Arabic calligraphy or other religious text and imagery. We ask that these items be handled with respect. The meaning and suitability of any gift for a particular religious purpose is for you to decide; we do not give religious rulings or guidance.

5.Prices and payment

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice.
  • Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and ACH bank payments. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize us and our providers to charge the full order amount, including tax and any shipping fees, to your chosen payment method.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we may cancel any order for that product, even after it has been confirmed. If we cancel, we will notify you and refund any amount charged.

6.Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we ship it, not when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including if a product is out of stock, the order appears fraudulent, or a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a full refund.

To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at sale@alf mabrook.com. Once an order has shipped, or once work on a personalized item has started, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

7.Personalized and custom items

When you order a personalized item, you are responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates, Arabic or English text and other details you give us. Please check spelling carefully. We will reproduce the text exactly as you provide it and are not responsible for errors in the text you submit.

You confirm that you have the right to use any text or content you ask us to personalize. We may refuse to personalize content that we consider offensive, disrespectful, or that may infringe someone else’s rights.

8.Gift orders

You can ship an order directly to a gift recipient and include a gift message. Gift messages are printed exactly as entered. Where possible, we do not include prices on the packing slip for gift orders. Only the purchaser may request a refund for a gift order unless we agree otherwise. Gift recipients may contact us to arrange an exchange or store credit, subject to Returns and Refunds Policy.

9.Promotions, discount codes and gift cards

  • Discount codes and promotions are subject to the terms stated with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.
  • The current sale price of any product is shown on its product page. We may change promotional pricing without notice.
  • If we offer gift cards,they are not redeemable for cash except where required by law and do not expire.

10.Corporate and bulk orders

Corporate, institutional and bulk orders may be subject to a separate written quote that sets out pricing, lead times, customization, payment and cancellation terms. If that quote conflicts with these Terms, the quote controls for that order.

11.Reviews, photos and content you share

We love to see your Mabrook moments. If you submit a review, photo, video or other content to us, or tag Alf Mabrook on social media, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to share it. You also confirm that it does not violate anyone else’s rights.

When you submit content directly to us (such as a review on our Site), you give us a non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display and adapt it in connection with our business and marketing. When you tag us on social media, we will ask for your permission before reposting your content. We will never post reviews or testimonials that do not reflect real customer experiences.

We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or unrelated to our products. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning.

12.Our intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the Alf Mabrook name and logo, our Arabic wordmark, designs, product photography, text and graphics, belong to Alf Mabrook or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

13.Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; place fraudulent orders or buy
products for commercial resale without our written approval; interfere with the
Site’s security or operation; use bots or scrapers to collect data or products;
or impersonate any person.

14.Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS OR IN A WRITTEN PRODUCT WARRANTY, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY ACT OR OTHER CONSUMER-PROTECTION LAWS THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED.

15.Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALF MABROOK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO A PRODUCT OR ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT PRODUCT OR ORDER.
THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE.

16.Dispute resolution and arbitration

Talk to us first. If you have a problem, please contact us at sale@alf-mabrook.com.
Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way. You and we agree to try in good
faith to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days before starting a formal proceeding.

Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Alf Mabrook
agree to resolve it by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. The arbitration will take place in the county where you live or by video conference. We will pay arbitration filing and administrative fees beyond what you would pay to file in court, as required by the AAA Consumer Rules.

Class-action waiver. You and Alf Mabrook agree that claims may be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this Section 18 by emailing sale@alf-mabrook.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with your name and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.

17.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any matter not subject to arbitration will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless the law of the state where you live requires otherwise. This does not take away any protection given to you by the consumer laws of the state where you live.

18.Indemnification

You agree to compensate Alf Mabrook for reasonable losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from third-party claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.

19.Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include natural disasters, carrier disruptions, supplier shortages, government actions and internet outages.

20.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post them on this
page with a new “Last updated” date. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.

21.General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. These Terms, together with the policies referred to in Section 1, are the entire agreement between you and us about their subject matter.
