Return and Exchange Policy

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange if any of the following conditions apply:

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • The product is damaged, stained, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include labels and protective stickers.
  • The product received does not match the size that was ordered.
  • If you receive an opened or unsealed box or package, please inform us immediately to avoid any disputes.
  • You must provide all necessary information to our representative. If all conditions are met, we will arrange or direct you to the nearest courier for return or exchange.
  • Exchanges during sales or for discounted products are only applicable if the item received does not match the product you ordered.
  • If you are unsatisfied with the size you purchased and would like a different one, please contact us via email to request a size exchange.
  • Due to variations in monitor/screen colour settings and lighting during photography, the actual colour or texture of products may slightly differ from what appears on screen. Therefore, returns or exchanges cannot be made for colour differences.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products

Please note that certain products are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons or product type. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Fragrances
  • Cosmetics
  • Jewellery

Important Notes

  • The above policies apply only to orders delivered within Pakistan
  • In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please provide clear evidence (photos or videos) within 24 hours of delivery. This step is mandatory for us to process your claim effectively.
  • Once we receive the required proof, our team will investigate promptly and ensure an appropriate resolution is provided.
